December School Holidays: R3800 per night for the house (Sleeps 10 Maximum)
Please note that we can also arrange accommodation next door at Casa Nas Nuvens which is almost identical and renting for the same price, thereby doubling capacity to 20 people total.
Rest of the year including all other school holidays: R295 per person per night. Minimum R1000 per night. Kids under 3 stay free.
Long Term Rentals: 4 week stay or longer: 15% discount.
Terms and Conditions:
50% deposit to confirm your booking, remaining 50% payable no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Notice 30 days or less: 100% cancellation fee of full booking value
Notice 30-60 days: 50% cancellation fee of full booking value
Notice of more than 60 days 25% cancellation fee of full booking value
