Prices Quoted in Rand but Meticais Equivalent applies on request.
December School Holidays: R3600 per night (Sleeps 10 Maximum)
Rest of the year including all other school holidays: R250 per person per night. Minimum R1000 per night. Kids under 3 stay free.
Long Term Rentals: 4 week stay or longer: 15% discount.
Terms and Conditions:
50% deposit to confirm your booking, remaining 50% payable no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
A breakage deposit equal to the first nights' accommodation or R1000 (whichever is lowest) is payable with the booking deposit.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, with costs for damages to the property, if any, subtracted.
Cancellation policy:
Notice 30 days or less: 100% cancellation fee
Notice 30-60 days: 50% cancellation fee
Notice of more than 60 days 25% cancellation fee
